Your Life is Worth Nothing

A woman and her daughter hired a speed boat to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean waters. As the young man driving the speed boat, the woman and her daughter were chatting with him:
The woman: Tell me Henry
Henry: Yes, ma’am.
The woman: Do you speak any foreign languages?
Henry: Foreign languages…No.
I left the school at an early age.
The girl: Not even one language?
Henry: No, what for?
The woman: (speak loudly) Well, if you don’t know foreign languages,
half of your life is worth nothing.
Henry was embarrassed and kept silent as speed boat was further in the middle of the sea. Suddenly, a big wave was heading towards them, then he asked the woman and her daughter:
Henry: Tell me ladies. Do you know to swim?
The woman and her daughter: (surprised) NO!!!!
Henry: Look over there! There’s a big wave coming towards us. If you don’t know how to swim, not only half of your life is worth nothing, but your whole life is worth nothing.
